    Dr. Jason Young

    Dentist

    Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Young went to the University of the Pacific in Northern California where he obtained his undergraduate and dental degrees (and met his classmate and future colleague, Dr. Kowthemi!). Upon graduation, Dr. Young spent 3 years in advanced training in general dentistry and oral surgery in Brooklyn and Harlem, NY and Cleveland, OH. Dr. Young then settled in private practice in Northeast Ohio for 4 years prior to returning to Toronto in 2021.

    Dr. Young has committed himself to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology. He has participated in multiple post-graduate educational courses in efforts to provide the best in dentistry including surgical implant placement, hard and soft tissue grafting and root canal treatments and restorative dentistry.

    Dr. Young spends his off time creating memories with his friends and family. He enjoys working out, swimming, go-karting and discovering all that Toronto has to offer. Dr. Young could not be more excited to be apart of the Clanton Park Dental team and hopes that every patient leaves with a smile!

    Dr. Kowthemi is amazing, she treated 3 of my teeth very professionally, gently and without any pain and harmful results. The staff are very attentive and caring. I feel welcomed and respected. Thank you for a great experience and satisfaction. Highly recommend this dental clinic.

    Excellent dental clinic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, and the dentist provided clear and thorough explanations. The hygienist also did a fantastic job with my cleaning. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and runs on time. Highly recommend for a top-notch dental experience :)

    My experience at Clanton Park Dental has been absolutely amazing, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care. The team is incredibly caring, kind, and personable, creating a welcoming atmosphere every visit. Dr. Visaki Murugapoopathy is attentive, gentle, and thorough during procedures. She takes great care to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understand the condition of my teeth and the best practices for oral hygiene.     My family went to the clinic for our cleaning, and it was a good experience since we didn’t feel any pain throughout the procedure. They were very gentle and kept checking if we were okay during the process. Dr. Kowthemi, Dr. Visaki, and all the staff were very nice and approachable. The ambiance was neat and clean, and the waiting time was punctual since we had an appointment.

    I came there today for tooth extraction my experience is greatly awesome. All the staff are accomodating and friendly. Dr. K did a great job for me she is very professional and I dont feel pain at all. Her hands are very lightweight and I feel relax through the entire surgery. She patiently explains everything about the condition of my teeth. Thanks Clanton Park Dental☺️
